Nabeeh is a smart teaching assistant accessible via the web that provides student management, attendance tracking, grade management, and automated parent communication through WhatsApp.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Using the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for legitimate educational purposes
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the system
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Student and Parent Data

  • You are responsible for obtaining parental consent for collecting their children's data
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
  • We protect student data in compliance with Egypt's Data Protection Law

6. Pricing and Payment

  • The Service is free for individual users (up to 20 students)
  • Paid plans will be available in the future
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

All content on the Service, including designs, logos, and software, is the property of Nabeeh and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or available at all times.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.
